    • Padmabhushan Dr. Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil established the Rayat Shiksha Sanstha at Kale Dist. Satara in the beginning of the twentieth century. to eliminate the blindness of ignorance in the life of Maharashtra, especially in rural areas. With the inspiration of Mahatma Phule Shahu Maharaj, the sansthas branches developed in the rural areas is being guided by the society like a lampstand. The organization is expanding today in 15 districts in Maharashtra and 1 in Karnataka state. In todays globalization period, the institution has made positive changes in its educational policy by keeping the ideological thoughts of the Karmaveer unobstructed. The President of the institute has initiated very important initiatives to empower the students from the perspective of the honorable MP Sharad Pawar Saheb. Consistent efforts are being made to create high quality manpower through various programs like Computer Education, Competitive Exam Guidance, Biotechnology, Rayat Alipiad, Gurukul Project, RIRD, Agricultural Technology, Rayat Vidnyan Parishad. In view of the immense competition created in todays globalization era, the institute has taken steps to provide traditional education as well as skills based education to students. The organization has also actively participated in the skill development program launched at the national level. Because it is through this that the way for a good student to stand at his feet will be opened to him. Therefore, the Rayat Shikshan Sanstha has entered into a cooperation agreement with some of the leading national institutions working in skill development at the national level. Specifically: The company is working with major companies like BVG India Pvt Ltd, Jain Irrigation Systems, FALI, Cooper Corp., Bosch Company, Tata Consultancy Services, Mahindra Pride School, Tata Business Support Services. Through this, various types of skills are given to the students through training.Through the Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, Tata Technology and Science Technology Park, the students should get high quality training and generate good quality from them. For this, four centers of Innovation, Invention and Incubation have been set up at Kharghar (Mumbai), Hadapsar (Pune), Satara and Ahmednagar, and the ambitious project has been launched to encourage and train new entrepreneurs. Apart from this, the University Grants Commission through the Ministry of Manpower Development, New Delhi has started B.Voc courses at the college level of the institution with the approval of University Grants Commission. The response of the students to all these courses is very encouraging and through this the ambitious project of creating a well-trained and knowledgeable community needs is undertaken by the Institute. Padmbhushan Dr. Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil worked throughout his life to build a quality student to build the nation. In recognition of the needs of the community, the institution has always made positive changes to its educational activities, as part of this change. The positive effects are there. Efforts are being made to implement skill development effectively by creating a separate department through the organization. For this, the Chairman of the Sanstha receives the fundamental guidance and cooperation of the Honorable Member of Parliament, Sharad Pawar Saheb, Vice-President of the Institute, all the honorable members of the Managing Council of the Sanstha, members of the General Body, the workers of the Sanstha.
